OpenMoney Holdings Co., Ltd. is the head office of OpenMoney Group. Its central task is to bring together administration, human resources, finance, governance, brand coherence and cross-company resource allocation. Each company in the group carries its own function — engineering, market, telecommunications, investment — while Holdings works a level above them, binding those roles into one coherent direction. Externally, Holdings represents the group's stability and governance; internally, it is the hub that lets each business unit concentrate on its own work with less friction and faster collaboration.

The group has invested for years in digital transformation, cloud services, custom software, e-invoicing, telecommunications, AI agents and investment. Without a shared management platform, such varied businesses tend to lose momentum: information scatters, effort is duplicated, financial rhythms diverge and brand positioning drifts apart. Within the group, the Administration Office handles documents, processes, contracts, resources and daily support; Human Resources handles recruitment, training, performance, culture and role design; Finance handles budgeting, cost, cash flow, investment appraisal and funding risk. This groundwork rarely stands at the front of the market, yet it decides whether a company can deliver consistently. By centralising it, Holdings frees the affiliates to spend more time on product, technology and clients.

Our own organization as the demonstration

Our operating direction is helping small and medium enterprises through digital transformation. The group does not only supply tools to external clients — it uses its own organization as the demonstration, progressively formalising governance, client records, project workflow, financial records, staff management and the division of business. That in-house digitalization is why we understand the problems owners actually face, and why we can explain from experience that process, data, systems and management have to be upgraded together.

Software engineering goes to Info-Rich; enterprise operating systems and AI services are planned by OpenRich; cloud and telecommunications are supported by OpenFor; investment, strategy and new ventures involve OpenBaby. Holdings makes those capabilities work together as one service map.

For investors, the value lies in the group structure and the breadth of revenue it makes possible: project income, subscription income, platform income, infrastructure-service income and investment income, with the businesses feeding and supporting one another.
