The group grew out of the early DonNet community platform and custom systems work, extending step by step into Info-Rich, OpenRich, OpenFor and OpenBaby.
The Group
This was not a series of leaps. It accumulated — from users, to business processes, to cloud infrastructure, to commercial platforms, to investment.
OpenMoney Group is rooted in information technology, centered on enterprise digital transformation, and oriented towards AI and platform services. It grew out of the early DonNet community platform and custom systems work, extending step by step into Info-Rich, OpenRich, OpenFor and OpenBaby.
The four companies
Info-Rich Information Co., Ltd.
The group's software engineering arm, specializing in custom systems, internal ERP, CRM, association management, web systems, e-commerce, databases and enterprise digitalization. Info-Rich is the group's technical root system, turning requirements into systems that work, can be maintained and can grow.
OpenRich Technology Co., Ltd.
The group's market and customer service arm, home to Opendoor, OpenClever, OpenBook, DonMoneys Shopping, PayWay, DonBaby AI Agent and DonBaby Account Manager. OpenRich turns technology into products and takes those products to market.
OpenFor Telecommunications Co., Ltd.
The group's telecommunications and cloud infrastructure arm, specializing in cloud servers, IDC, colocation, business email, VPN, network security, cloud PBX and data center services. OpenFor lets the group's services reach down to servers, networks, data security and uninterrupted operation.
OpenBaby Investment Co., Ltd.
The group's investment arm, focused on businesses with a future: AI investment tooling, Taiwan equity research, blockchain and emerging technology. OpenBaby turns the group's understanding of technology, data, process and industry into investment research and new venture incubation.
A closed loop from engineering to investment
The companies support one another, closing the loop from engineering through product, market and infrastructure to investment. Info-Rich builds the technology, OpenRich faces the client, OpenFor provides the underlying environment, OpenBaby assesses future opportunities, and Holdings coordinates governance. That structure makes the group more than a set of related companies: it is one system of enterprise services responding to the market together.
Our shared goal is to help businesses lower costs, work more efficiently, run on data, build customer relationships and bring AI into their work. From websites, POS, e-invoicing, cloud hosting and member retention through to AI customer service, AI sales, AI administration and investment research, there is a corresponding service somewhere in the group. What this division of labor offers is not only scale, but the basis for long-term client trust.
